My name is George. My yoga & pilates journey started many years ago, when I first discovered the transformative power of this ancient practice. Since then, I have dedicated ourselves to deepening my knowledge and expertise, and sharing it with others. I’ve completed 200 hours yoga & also certified with years of experience in teaching a variety of yoga styles to people of all ages and abilities.

My approach to yoga is holistic, combining physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness practices to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit. I believe that yoga is not just a workout, but a way of life that can help you cultivate inner peace, balance, and harmony.

As a Cambridge-based yoga instructor, I’m proud to be part of a vibrant and diverse community of yogis. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and supported to explore their yoga practice.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, we have a class that will suit your needs and preferences. We offer a variety of classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Face yoga and Yoga dance, as well as private sessions and workshops.

My mission is to help you discover the many benefits of yoga, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and posture, reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, and a greater sense of well-being. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and we are here to guide and inspire you on your yoga journey.
